PARKING
Complimentary parking is available to all registered hotel guests. Our hotel is not responsible for any items left in vehicles on the property grounds. Only one registered car may be parked in our private parking lot. Any additional unregistered automobiles parked in our lot may be towed at the owner’s expense. There is overflow parking on the public street.

SMOKING POLICY
Our hotel does NOT permit smoking. A cleaning charge will be assessed to the guest should they smoke in the guest rooms.

PETS

Our hotel does NOT allow pets on its premises. A cleaning charge will be assessed to the owner should they bring their pet(s) in the guest room. ADA Defined Service Animals are welcome.

CHILDREN AND EXTRA BEDS

We charge $15 per additional adult above double-occupancy. We consider children age 12 and over as adults. Rollaway beds are available for $20 additional per night and foldable crib/playpen is available for toddlers at no additional cost. Special arrangements can be made at the time of check-in and are subject to availability.

LOST AND FOUND

Please contact the Front Desk for any items that you have lost or found.

HOUSEKEEPING/EXTRA LINENS

Please contact the Front Desk during normal office hours for any housekeeping needs that you might have, including extra towels, linens, pillows, or blankets. All linen and towels in the rooms are inventoried on a daily basis. In order to keep the expense of replacing linen from being passed on to our guests, please do not use our linen to clean up spills, or take any home with you. If you do decide to take our linen, you may be charged for the loss.

WAKE UP CALLS

If you would like a wake-up call, please contact the Front Desk during normal office hours.

TRANSPORTATION

We will be happy to arrange for a taxi service or make a recommendation concerning your transportation needs.

DO NOT DISTURB POLICY

If a do not disturb signage is place on your room door we will respect your wishes to not enter your room unless for maintenance issues or emergencies. In these certain cases our hotel reserves the right to enter the room without prior notice.
